Trail of Hope: Donegan Elementary, October 26th, 6-9pm

Presented by the Black Student Union

“[Lehigh University’s] Black Student Union has realized the lack of community between Lehigh University and Donegan Elementary school. We acknowledge that Donegan is filled with children with hopes and dreams for their future, and we want to instill in these children that there are people behind them every step they take.

The Black Student Union believes in planting seeds and growing future leaders. With your help we will be creating a trail of hands that will travel through the hallways of Donegan Elementary, thus forming a “Trail of Hope.” The trail will be composed of your hands, and the hands created by students, establishing unity, support, guidance and love. By donating a hand, you can help these children understand that you care about their future and that we are a community working to support and inspire our future leaders of tomorrow.”

$2 to join the Trail of Hope. To donate, visit the tables in the UC this week, or at the door the night of the event.

$2 to play and eat – $1 to Play only. All proceeds go to Donegan Elementary’s Junior Cadets & Cultivating Leaders program.

Donegan Elementary School is located at 1210 East 4th Street, Bethlehem PA

Busses are running every 20 minutes from Lehigh 5:30-6:30, and back to campus 8:00-9:00pm.
