ArtsQuest Patriot Day September 11, 11am-9pm at SteelStacks
The entire Lehigh Valley is invited to come out and show their support for the men and women in our community that put themselves in harm’s way everyday. This day will be all about celebrating our nation’s first responders, law enforcement agencies, fire fighters, volunteer fire fighters, military personnel and emergency medical personnel.
All Day – Throughout the campus, an array of emergency vehicles will be on display for kids of all ages to explore. Kids can also meet the heroes who man the machines and keep us all safe Air Products Town Square.
Area non-profits Blue Star Mothers will be collecting donations of much needed comfort items for our troops. Here’s a list of acceptable items for Troops.
Events will be indoors and outdoors at the Creativity Commons, Cinemas, Blast Furnace Room, Musikfest Café, Sands Deck, Connect @ Steel Stacks, Town Square, and PNC Plaza. Read more.
The Bach Choir of Bethlehem is honored to represent the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in a series of concerts presented by Trinity Wall Street and featuring celebrated choirs from New York City, Boston, Washington DC and Pennsylvania, forever strongly linked by 9/11.
